Sick of that same old resolution to start a workout routine for a month or two and then get too busy or bored?

Your resolution shouldn't be to START a workout routine, but to KEEP a workout routine.

The key is to take baby steps, start small. Instead of making your goal to workout for 30 minutes everyday, try only 10 minutes a day. If you happen to have extra time, you can go longer or if it feels too good to stop, don't.
