The foundation of chiropractic is that it is a whole-body approach to health with a focus primarily on the health and optimal function of the central nervous system. One of our favorite side effects of this approach is that with chiropractic adjustments comes improved back and neck health.  

The hands-on approach at Wills Chiropractic removes joint restriction and dysfunction from the spine, which allows for improved communication between the body and the central nervous system. This aids in decreasing pain and improving mobility and when your central nervous system is functioning as it should, your health and wellness as a whole improves with it.

BOOST IMMUNE SYSTEM HEALTH

Many of our patients find that as their neck and back health improves, so too does their immune system health. This is also due to the improved functioning of the central nervous system. When spinal and joint restrictions and dysfunctions are removed, your body is better able to fight off illness so you can stay healthy and recover quicker. Like so many of our other patients, you may find you are sick less often and for a shorter period of time.  

IMPROVED MOBILITY LEADS TO INCREASED ACTIVITY  

When your joints move without restriction and dysfunction, you will find yourself becoming more and more active. Nobody wants to move around when their body is hurting, right? Chiropractic is known to improve flexibility and range of motion, which helps you to feel better and may even inspire increased activity. It is recommended that you get at least 150 minutes of moderate activity each week, and when you feel great thanks to chiropractic care, that will be easier than ever!
